We collect information you provide directly to us, including account details such as your email address, login credentials, billing details managed through Stripe, prompts, chat messages, uploaded images including selfies and reference images, generated outputs, and any information you submit through forms or support requests.

We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, referral data, cookies and similar technologies, session activity, analytics events, and subscription or credit usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, including to:

• create and manage accounts;
• process payments, subscriptions, trials, and account access;
• generate, deliver, and store thumbnail concepts and related outputs;
• process uploaded selfies and reference images;
• respond to support requests and service communications;
• monitor usage, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and protect the platform;
• analyze performance and improve product functionality; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

To operate Click Studio, we send prompts, uploaded content, and related request data to third-party AI and infrastructure providers that help us generate results. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Because our service depends on third-party providers, your content may be processed by those providers in accordance with their own terms and data handling practices. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may store billing-related records such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan details, trial dates, billing status, and usage records associated with your account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, understand product usage, measure marketing performance, and improve the service. We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Vercel Analytics, Heap, and Meta Pixel or similar providers.

Your browser settings may allow you to limit certain cookies, but some site features may not function properly if you disable them.

We may share information with:

• service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, storage, analytics, email, billing, and AI providers;
• professional advisors and legal authorities when reasonably necessary;

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Click Studio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Click Studio is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the service after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies.
