Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you use Click Studio on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Click Studio provides AI-assisted tools for generating and refining thumbnail concepts and related creative outputs. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, inconsistent, or unavailable at times. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, images, text, and other content you submit to the service, as well as generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You grant Londyn Lush LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.

You may not use Click Studio to:

• violate any law or third-party rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• generate deceptive, infringing, abusive, harassing, or unlawful material;
• attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service;
• bypass usage limits, account restrictions, or security controls; or
• use the service in a way that could harm Click Studio, its users, or providers.

Click Studio relies on third-party providers, including hosting, payments, storage, analytics, email, and AI services. Your use of some features may involve those providers, and service availability may depend on them.

Paid features may require a subscription. Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges using your selected payment method.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

The service, including its software, branding, design, and underlying materials, is owned by Londyn Lush LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay fees, or used the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Londyn Lush LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Londyn Lush LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Londyn Lush LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Londyn Lush LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. By continuing to use the service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
